This is one of my favorite quotes and I have spent my whole business trying to constantly manage my clients expectations. One of the ways I do this is by getting curious with my clients and learning more about them and what they are expecting from me. These questionnaires are part of the process for me to dig deep with my clients and help them AND help me see them.
