The Course

Tired of cringing at photos of yourself? Ready to actually love the way you look—without the mental spiral? This six-week experience is designed to help you shift from self-criticism to self-celebration, so you can see yourself in photos the way others already do.

Through hands-on workshops, mindset shifts, and confidence-boosting exercises, you'll learn how to feel more at ease in front of the camera—whether it’s for selfies, professional headshots, or those candid moments that always seem to catch you off guard. We’ll explore why you see yourself the way you do, break through the myths that hold you back, and give you practical tools to pose, express yourself authentically, and—most importantly—own your presence.

But this isn’t just about looking good in photos. It’s about learning to carry yourself with confidence in every aspect of life. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of body language, self-perception, and how to step into the frame—both literally and metaphorically—without hesitation.

No more dodging the camera. No more untagging. Just a you who’s ready to take up space, be seen, and shine—on and off the screen.

What you will learn

When I first created this course, I wasn’t just thinking about helping people look better in photos—I wanted to change the way they see themselves. Inspired by my TEDx talk, 5 Reasons You Think You Look Bad in Photos, this six-week workshop is designed to be your guide, helping you move from self-criticism to self-appreciation, one step at a time.

This isn’t about forcing confidence or faking a smile—it’s about creating a space where you can actually feel comfortable in front of the camera. Through hands-on exercises, real-time feedback, and a welcoming, judgment-free atmosphere, you’ll learn not only how to pose but how to pause—to see yourself with more kindness, more curiosity, and ultimately, more love.

By the end, it won’t just be about taking better photos. It’ll be about seeing the person in them—you—in a whole new light. And that’s where the real magic happens.
